• Morning Session:

  • Leadership Development: Participate in professional workshops, interactive sessions, and discussions designed to strengthen your leadership skills.

  • Elections: Exercise your voice by voting in the national elections, shaping the future of Alpha Pi Sigma.

• Evening Session:

  • National Philanthropy Spotlight: Highlighting the incredible work of Alpha Pi Sigma chapters across the country in partnership with Barrio Logan College Institute (BLCI) in San Diego.

  • Impact Presentation: Learn how Alphas have supported BLCI’s mission to uplift underserved youth through education and mentorship.

  • Recognition Ceremony: Presenting a certificate of appreciation to BLCI, followed by photos with the BLCI Executive Team and Alpha’s National Board.

🌟 Day 2: Alphahood, Leadership, & Gala Night

A day dedicated to Alphahood, collaboration, and celebration, culminating in an elegant gala.

• Morning & Afternoon Sessions:

  • Interactive Workshops: Engage in hands-on sessions focused on Alphahood, leadership development, and organizational success strategies.

  • Awards Ceremony: Recognizing chapter and individual achievements for outstanding contributions and service.

  • Photo session for all chapters and group photos

• Evening Session: The Gala

  • A Night to Remember: An elegant evening celebrating 35 years of Alphahood with dinner, entertainment, and a heartfelt presentation.

  • Alumni Invitation: All Alpha alumni are encouraged to attend and purchase a ticket. You’re also welcome to buy up to 2 additional tickets for friends or family to share in the celebration.

  • Highlights:

    • Presentation of the Last 35 Years: A touching reflection on Alpha Pi Sigma’s journey, growth, and achievements.

    • Live Entertainment & Dancing: Enjoy music, performances, and dancing to close out the night in style.

🌞 Day 3: Alpha Family BBQ Reunion

Wrap up the weekend with a fun-filled, family-friendly reunion, where members, alumni, and loved ones can gather in a relaxed and festive atmosphere.

• Food & Fun:

  • Savor a variety of cuisine.

  • Enjoy carnival-style games and family-friendly activities.

• Spirit Competition:

  • Chapters will compete in fun challenges to showcase their creativity, teamwork, and Alpha spirit.

• Closing Ceremony:

  • Raffle drawings, prizes, and heartfelt closing remarks to end the celebration on a high note.
