We believe in fostering a holistic approach to success, where academic achievement and leadership skills go hand-in-hand. We are committed to providing the resources and support necessary for our members to excel in both areas.
Academic Excellence
We encourage and promote academic excellence through:

Study Groups: Collaborative learning is a cornerstone of our academic support system. We facilitate the creation of study groups for various courses, enabling members to learn from and support each other.

Tutoring Services: We connect members with qualified tutors who can provide personalized instruction and assistance in specific subjects.

Mentoring Programs: Our mentorship program pairs members with upperclassmen or alumnae who have demonstrated academic success. Mentors offer guidance, share valuable insights, and provide support in navigating academic challenges.

Academic Monitoring and Support: To ensure academic success, members are required to dedicate a minimum of 20 study hours per month. We provide resources and support to help members achieve this goal, including study space, time management workshops, and academic counseling. Members maintaining a 2.5 GPA or higher are in good standing. Members below a 2.5 GPA are placed on academic probation and offered additional support to regain good standing. Baby Pink symbolizes the highest degree of academic excellence, and we celebrate those who achieve this distinction.
